Each month OPTA will highlight one member who has exhibited a willingness to exercise servant-leadershipwhether on a district, state or national level; taken initiative on issues of importance to the profession; and/or accepted and fulfilled additional responsibilities beyond their regular professional duties.

We encourage you to nominate individuals that you believe exude these qualities. You are free to nominate as many members as you'd like, as often as you'd like. To nominate an OPTA member for the Member of the Month highlight, simply fill out the form below. The OPTA Membership Committee will select members based on the criteria provided.

Kendall Doctoral Scholarship. Funded by the Rhomberger fund, these scholarships are awarded annually to outstanding physical therapists as they begin their first year of graduate studies toward a post professional doctoral degree.

According to Foundation Board of Trustees Barb Connelly, PT, DPT, EdD, FAPTA, "We continue to be amazed by the wonderful work achieved by Foundation award recipients."
