Victoria currently serves as the Executive Director of the Ohio Physical Therapy Association where her primary responsibilities include board/staff relations, legislative and regulatory issues and association operations. Prior to joining OPTA, Victoria was the executive director of the Academy of Senior Health Services (formerly the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes), and served as a liaison and lobbyist between the long-term care profession, state government and regulatory agencies, and the public to promote and maintain the general welfare of Ohio's most vulnerable citizens.

Before advocating for long-term care, Victoria was the director of operations with the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio (BX). She was responsible for all of the association's human resources practices and procedures, including staff recruitment and retention, and effectively managed six departments within the association.

Victoria began her career in association management as the associate director/lobbyist for the Ohio Association of School Business Officials (OASBO), and served as president of the organization's political action committee (PAC). She helped develop the first formalized legislative beliefs statement for the association, and testified before the legislature on various education issues.

She initially pursued her interest in politics and government as a legislative aide in both the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio Senate, and worked on policy issues affecting women and children as staff representative for the then House Children & Youth Committee.

A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, Victoria majored in international studies with concentration on foreign policy, and participated in a National Work-Study Program in Hamburg, Germany.

In her free time, she likes to run, bike (and now) swim and travel to her favorite destinations. She resides in Westerville with her family.
