The OPTA is proud to offer members the LIFE Series Leadership Academy, building foundational leadership through Innovation, Influence, and Engagement. This progressive educational program is designed to refine and strengthen individual skillsets in those four core unit areas. The OPTA believes investing in the leadership development of physical therapy professionals and students produces a wide range of benefits: it advances the profession and the organization and positively impacts the consumer.

OPTA offers its members three options for their leadership journeys: LIFE Series Core Program, LIFE Select, and DISC Certification.
