U.S. Department of Labor: Required posting for all settings - The Families First Coronavirus Response Act Paid Leave Notice: -This MANDATORY poster describes paid leave that must be made available to employees of all businesses with under 500 employers under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). This poster MUST be posted in a conspicuous place, or if employees are working remotely, sent to them electronically. Under the new paid leave rules, employees must be provided with between 2 and 10 weeks of paid leave for absences connected to the 2020 Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. While employers are required to provide this paid leave to employees out of their own funds, the Federal government will provide companies with tax credits to offset the cost of providing this required leave.
