OPTA ADVOCACY DAY 2025
We invite physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and students to attend the 2025 OPTA Advocacy Day (FREE for members)! ABOUT THE DAY
Plan to attend OPTA's Advocacy Day 2025 on Thursday, March 27, 2025 and make your voice heard in support of the physical therapy profession. This event is held in conjunction with
OPTA's Spring Conference on Friday, March 28 - Saturday, March 29, 2025. REGISTRATION CLOSES ON TUESDAY, MARCH 11!

LEGISLATIVE INFO - Your discussion points regarding industry topics will be posted shortly; feel free to contact your legislator to let them know you'll be coming to Advocacy Day!
- When registering, please use your VOTING ADDRESS to find your legislators.
- OPTA will schedule your legislative appointments for you - your personalized appointment times and locations will be provided to you in advance.
WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?
At OPTA's Advocacy Day, you get three things you can't get anywhere else.
- Networking with your fellow PT advocates from across the state on legislative visits led by experienced OPTA members.
- Learning the latest on current legislation and issues that impact the profession directly from OPTA's lobbyists.
- Crucial advocacy training from experts that you will then put into practice at scheduled, guided visits with your legislators.
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON TUESDAY, MARCH 11 - you must be signed in to your OPTA membership account to register!
*All attendees should dress in business professional attire - please do not wear jeans/khakis or school polo shirts.
